Return & refund Policy
Because our candles are handmade and perishable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candles arrive damaged or broken please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We'll be happy to offer a replacement or refund for any item that arrives in less-than perfect condition.
